ABACUSNEXT Communications Manager Salary in the United States

AbacusNext is looking for a self-motivated Communications Manager with experience handling both internal and external business communication. The ideal candidate will be eager to tackle the challenges of developing content that helps build brand recognition. Generating buzz about existing and new product lines will help our company expand rapidly. Top candidates will be skilled at creating content that both engages employees and clients and keeps stakeholders informed about business decisions. The ability to communicate effectively in written and oral communications is a must. Our Communications Manager will be our spokesperson.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop communications strategies to effectively reach an audience of legal, accounting, and compliance-focused professionals.
• Write copy for all initiatives, including marketing, sales and internal communications
• Develop, update and roll out branding and communications guidelines for internal and external use
• Create and manage release dates for recurring publications
• Manage projects to ensure content is publication-ready and in by the deadline
• Support HR team with internal communication needs.
• Make updates to company website, manage editorial calendar, regularly post content to company blog, define brand voice and consistent messaging. 
• Manage PR and other communications agencies and vendors
• Create, write, and manage external communications, including press releases in close partnership with our PR firm; work with outside agencies and content providers.
• Manage influencer relations program and social media presence  
• Develop measurement and performance strategy for overall external communications and social media. Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports for marketing team, leader and leadership team

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or similar field
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver marketing content
• Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI
• Experience talking to press, media, executives and large groups
