Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the growing Abacus sales team
• Process new Sales Orders
• Create and manage overlay reporting
• Track KPI’s and send weekly reports to management team
• Review data in Salesforce and identify / provide remediation for data gaps
• Administrative tasks for new hire training and on boarding
• Review operational gaps and assist with new process changes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of work experience in sales, administration, or business operations
• NetSuite CRM or SalesForce experience a plus
• Excel experience a plus
• JIRA experience a plus
• Eager and organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with a wide range of personalities and departments
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to their respective deadlines
