Makes strategic decisions about the development and modification of cloud applications, including infrastructure as a service (IAAS) and platform as a service (PAAS) platforms. Leads the requirement gathering activities with stakeholders and vendors. Works collaboratively with stakeholders during the development, launch, and refinement of products and solutions. Develops and implements audit standards, controls, and processes to monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure.
