JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Vendor Quality Control Manager

Oversees audits and establishes testing procedures. Sets KPIs, metrics, specifications, processes, and policies used to evaluate quality. Reviews and negotiates service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are defined. Creates systems and frameworks to identify, track, and resolve vendor quality issues and develop performance improvement initiatives with partners. Develops strategies to identify and assess potential new vendors.
