Given the high stakes, Salary.com set out to take the pulse of employees on the topic. Our survey of 500+ U.S.-based respondents in December of 2021 revealed a perceived lack of pay equity and transparency from their employers, which could pose challenges to organizations looking to attract and retain top talent in today’s highly competitive labor market.
