Dwight Brown

Vice President Compensation Consulting

Dwight has 25 years of progressive experience leading analytics, data solutions management, and technology operations focusing on advanced analytics, risk methodologies, and strategy development. He spent 22 years of his career at a large multi-specialty medical provider, where he led analytics implementation and support in areas such as Quality Management, Finance, and Human Resources.

Throughout his career he worked developing and implementing new operational functions, where he gained valuable skills and experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and People Analytics. Within Human Resources Dwight taught management classes on job description development, and assessment and management of employee performance. He was the principal designer and manager of an electronic performance appraisal system, and, in conjunction, led development of standardized organizational job description and skill-based competency assessment frameworks. At Salary.com Dwight works across all aspects of compensation analysis including benchmarking, compensation structure development, and pay equity. He is also co-host of the HR Data Labs podcast.

Eric is a seasoned compensation professional who brings over 20 years of broad compensation consulting and technology experience to his consulting role at Salary.com. He enjoys working with clients on all aspects of compensation strategy and design for executives, employees, and sales compensation.

Prior to joining Salary.com, Eric previously worked for IBM Kenexa, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer and the Hay Group.

Garry Straker

Vice President Compensation Consulting

Garry has over 20 years of experience specializing in providing total rewards consulting services to a diverse list of clients including higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, public sector employers, and privately held companies from a variety of industries. Garry’s focus is helping organizations achieve strategic goals by leveraging technology, data, and labor market insights to design sustainable, market-aligned total compensation plans.

His technical proficiency and collaborative approach are singularly focused on developing long-term solutions that help to attract and retain critical talent. His expertise includes evaluating trends, organizational challenges, and opportunities to develop rewards programs that are appropriately aligned with organizational workplace culture, and business priorities. David Turetsky

Vice President Compensation Consulting

David B. Turetsky serves as Vice President, Consulting and is responsible for consulting with clients on people analytics, total rewards and other HR data governance issues. In this role, David consults with clients focused on improving their usage of data, analytics and HR processes in support of their business.

David has more than 30 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), HR, HRIS, talent management, compensation and big data as an analyst, manager, executive, consultant and entrepreneur. He is passionate about manager empowerment and employee engagement through total rewards management.

In his previous roles, David built a consulting group within ADP's Professional Services Organization, consulting with clients on their use of the ADP DataCloud™. He was uniquely qualified to provide that advice since his previous role was Chief Product Owner for the ADP DataCloud™ where he developed ADP reporting, analytics, benchmarking, data mashups and predictive analytics. Some of his products include the HR Executive Awesome New Technology award winners for 2016 and 2017, ADP DataCloud™ Annual Compensation Explorer and Pay Equity Explorer.

Karin Buchbinder

Consulting Manager

Karin has over 20 years experience developing global and domestic pay structures, incentive programs, sales compensation plan design and assessment, broad based compensation structure and design, compensation training, and job architecture/career framework design and implementation. She offers a tailored approach to implementing solutions that align with client’s cultural and business strategies. She has a BA from the University of California and a Master’s degree from New York University.
