Administers the company stock plans.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Stock Plan Administrator III

Prepares and provides information to employees about vesting schedules, exercise process and eligibility. Prepares new hire and other stock grants and processes employee transactions to exercise options. Maintains and updates stock databases, prepares reports and performs analysis. May give input in the development of stock award pools or guidelines.
