JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Business Process Optimization Director

Develops research initiatives that study best practices and industry trends. Drives the in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identifying areas needing improvement, and implementing changes. Engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups for input and suggestions. Establishes processes and tools used to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. Provides documentation, tools, and training to support the adoption of new business processes.
